Try this: Lie on the ground flat and raise yourself maybe on cm off the ground using your limbs. Now move forward ten meters in any way you wish but keep this distance from the ground. Use what you can to lever and wave yourself forward using you breath to propel you. Anything else will run out very fast and ten meters can be far far away.

I will try this tonight. We do something similar but it’s basically, sit on your butt, raise your legs, bring your knees closer to your chest and then try scooting yourself along using your butt. Sounds a little strange but I find it quite difficult to cover any distance.
