Try this to check how free your movement is. Standing back to back interlock your legs and bend forward putting hands on the floor. Now lift your legs off the floor and start moving together. You will gain much awareness to your partner breathing and muscle activation as you go along. You will coordinate movement and learn to blend into each other. A simple drill but it is the purpose that stands behind it that makes it different. Otherwise as Konstantin said in the Summit a push up is just a push up.
