Try this: Tense up the entire body and leave out an arm a leg or the neck. Notice where the activation starts for the limb or neck and make out your own map of nerves from that. You may notice it points to locations where the body is easily levered and hit from. Another thing to do during the day is to activate each hand finger at the time. It takes me time to be able to use each finger freely. If you have any tips, send them over.
On another note: Take a ususal deck of cards and throw the cards on the floor. Now use the low walk to pick them up and repeat. Try to move the least posible and while keeping you posture. Another thing you can do is to throw cards in the air and catch them without loosing you balance or putting too much emphesis on the cards (not giving them support) Don’t snatch the cards. That is overreaction. unless you can gently pick them from the air stay honest and let them fall.
