Stand in a line with about three or more people and have the last one push the one in front of him in different ways. Most likely that the entire group will feel the push in the beginning and than present this idea to the ones being pushed. You should keep the push in bounds so it does not effect the one or ones ahead or at the line of the push. Slowly they will teach themselves to move only the pushed part and the main idea is to let the students lean on their own. Once they discover this themselves it is theirs forever. A learned concept can be forgotten and this way they make up the rules themselves. happy training.
