A simple drill to learn economic movement. First tie your ankles together with a string and navigate away from people coming at you. After that add a string to tie your wrists together (with about a foot of freedom) and continue. Note that we do fall or get hit from time to time and only if we take it to heart and stop it has a great effect on you. As you know it is much more chalanging to hit a moving target well so don’t give your partners bad advice and light hits.
