This is something I wish I knew before my enlistment. To get good scores on the pull up and sit up tests you don’t have to do many of those but do them over a legth of time. For example. To reach the minimum score of 20 in the pull ups you don’t have to try to reach 20 each day. Simply do as many as you are comfortable with every hour or so and you will see results fast. Or you can do as little as 2-3 pull ups every 10 minutes of so while you are doing something else and you will have an increase in your maximum pull ups in a little while without having tensed up and risked silly injuries.
