A small point to think about. If your need is simple health and a good feeling (strangly undervalued) try doing something every hour. This will keep you alive all day and will also take care of the form we hold so dear.

For example

10 one handed push ups

10 one legged squats

10 pull ups

10 straight backed sit ups

10 legs overhead

10 hip rotations each way

10 trunk rotations each way (hips are stationary)

10 lateral jumps 

And a usuall workday is over with a lot more done.
