People tend to overlook the meaning and intent of their actions and sink into the doing. When you fast for year health and neglect the spirit or have the right intension but lack the awareness to evolve better and better with time than you are leaving the chain open and it will fall off. Fasting is a clear and cut action once you take it. You don’t eat and drink. You can add being in nature for as much as you can during this time which aids to clean the spirit and relax both body and mind and choose drills that enhance this state for you. The age for fasting is individual and I for one have been doing it since I was thirteen. It is best you make this decision yourself and choose the right path for you. My advice is to vary the times and ways you fast and from that learn what works for you. I try to douce at least twice during the fast to enhance the cleansing and the self discipline I am taking. It may not be a pleasent feeling but you have the choice and once you take this on you have the freedom to change.
On another note. Training was fun and very insightful as always. I will post more after i re introduce myself to the shower and some food.
