Noticing: Most of the time we are stuck outside ourselves. Taking note of the person sitting across from us on Ze train of how the coat of Mr x bulges in the wrong spot. Try to also notice your inner state and now this affects your thoughts and manifested actions. a simple example would be your food and drink intake before practice. if you hae a stomach filled with water and food you will react differently to hits and roll and jump differently. Your center is altered and so on. If you are mad and things clutter and you are dropping small objects like keys you will gain a lot by simply noticing “I am off right now” or “I hate it when X gives me the night shift so I let it get to me…” This power or realization is strong in regaining balance and relaxation. take this into your practice.
