Two drills that work together: First one lies on the floor and the other tries to lift him to a standing position. The one on the ground needs to move without ressistance so he stays on the floor through relaxing his body and limbs and moving so he is always heavy and uncomfortable to lift. The one standing needs to make sure he doesn’t sacrifice form for function. The next drill is known and goes like this: One person tenses his muscles so he is upright and the other plays with his form like a wooden doll. Try to at least get to a sitting position and back with the wood moving with you and play the pandulom game by seeing how easy it is to move it out of balance and to direct it’s movement. have fun and learn the power that lies in freedom.
