there is the sole drill of walking up and down a wall using your fists. you have to push off with the remaining fist to move freely (no mass to slow you down) In the beginning you may want to guard your fists with a pair of old socks so you learn to do this well before you do it on the bare wall. This is to prevent ripping the skin off your fists. I must be getting old if I am giving advice on wearing protection.
