today I went to an Israeli gun seminar and it was very interesting. A fine sentence said was to “move the barrel of the gun away from you” and I think we can all agree on that one. As a whole approach to this tool work on drawing it as well as the knife without holding your breath or breaking your rythem. Even if a person does not see you he will feel it on some level and also feel your intension so keep that off your back till you need it. Practice drawing from different spots and locations. Standing sitting and moving in all directions. Practice in the dark or with gloves on and get to know your tool and other tools. As a first drill I suggest simply walking around your partner as he walks too and drawing and returning the gun a few times. This will give you the option to compare drawing with intent to drawing without that future burden. Next repeat but draw and aim and return and following till you draw and fire and remember not to be confident in the gun. It may not work or you may not hit and things do happen to people. use it as a tool like any other projectile weapon and don’t give people a chance to use it on you by doing a fashion walk with it “this is my gun and I am going to put it away from me and close to you as many people pose” More will follow.
