A drill I suggest anyone who trains with a knife should do at least once. Work with one or more partners and using not sharp but metal blades have them go at you at real speed minding the eyes of course for about half an hour with you deflecting their attacks and striking when possible. Than evolve that into a constant movement and taking the will to fight out of them after that period of time and I think you will learn a sharp lesson: If you work with a blade long enough you will be cut and stabbed. You have to move constantly and with all your body parts freely to survive a serious knife attack. You have to remain calm inside to move effiently and effectivaly. That is all.
