Shouting ? In many cases we have to be silent at work to avoid a crowd or detection. Once this is over though or in a loud enviroment you can use your voice to effect a tension and relaxation wave to help you make it to the end of the day. for example if you are being chocked in one ofthe jiu jitsu holds where your heads are close together you can scream and render the other immobile for a second as you move to safety of otherwise to keep you and others safe and free. Another example would be team work as one shouts behind the target and as you capture the attention the back is open for an easy entrance. Things to think about.
