We are told to be free in our movement and to be aware of the movement of others. Here are a few ways to get there:
First take a person by the hand and walk with him as you change direction and hight and so on. Both of you will learn to feel the other and the followers job is to go with the movement so there is no tension and both are free to work.
Next repeat this drill only now joining both hands at the elbows or shoulders and add rolling on the ground and rolling from standing to ground and up to this. See how you manage with one leading and when no one is leading. check how you can understand the intensions of your partner without words and work with eyes closed for a while to open yourself to more than facial expressions.
Now join arms at the elbows as you stand back to back and start to roll together, later put your arm each others far shoulder and move and roll together with no lead. Sit, walk, situp and on and on as you learn to move as one and blend into anothers movement as you remain free yourself.
Now tie one leg to anothers leg and repeat this drill of moving together. Learn to use the entire body to create the logical result to your intension. There are infinite variations to these drills and it is your choice and intension that puts any value to them. Do the work and the rest will come to you.
