Talking and doing something else together: Next time you are doing things for counts like push up and the like count out loud to teach yourself to breath well and speak as you act. Most people find it harder to do the work if they are talking and need a gap to adjust. Teach yourself tooperate in this situation and add to it as you will. Another example is using the Kettlebells people tend to use for force. If you keep moving as you do your routine with the mass it will not hinder your mobility as much. For example as we train to draw the blade/gun as we walk train to lift or whatever as you move on your feet and changing positions from up to down and so on.
