Another fun drill for the purpose of freedom is this: We tend to fight to regain our freedom/balance if we feel lost without it and through this surrender to fear we freeze a part of us and try to regain mobility with the other. For example if you are walking a rope and lose balance it is likely you try to balance with your arms as you keep your legs motionless. T free yourself from this (sorry about the lont talk) do this: Squat and start walking with an upright back. have a partner push and pull you and hit on occation. As you blend with this try to keep everything mobile and become aware if this freeze effect. breath.
