Fists of fury: A few swift drills for the fists: First have a person play hard a board light as a feather, now start to move him side to side like a pendulom with your fists never letting him pass the point you can move him with just your arm. next place his entire mass on oyur fist and move him in all the ways you can think of and than some more. Next have him lie on the ground and walk all over tha body with your fists keeping an upright body all the time and maintaining a relaxed breath. Next do jumping push ups on and of the body and than do the same up and down on the person as he stands next to a wall or free depending on the lesson you wish to learn (back and front are different mostly because of the face issue (you see the person) and the fact that standing up is easier when supported from the back than the front (look at your heel joint)). Now place a paper between the wall and your fist and start to move up and down without tearing or loosing the paper. Later try without the paper and see how you can keep the contact but without any support and use it. Later on do jumpoing push ups from the wall and do those both facing and back to the wall. Balance and freedom are different stated of the same substance.
