A concept drill. Have your partner stand upright and relaxed and place your hands or any limbs or body combination on his body and twist (for example right hand on the head twisting clock wise an left heel on the back of the knee twisting the other way) The partner needs to maintain his form and exploit any opening in your work to become mobile. Do not tense up to keep the form but breath and activate the least you can, and if you sense an imbalance in the torque you move with it and learn to use it for your own good.
