I was at a party last night and had to get up and down a chair many times. At first I used the regular squat way and than started to experiment. Try to slide of the chair as if your spine is completely free from tension and find the spot where your balance is just over the heels and spring from there up. It is a great way to relax and fun too. Try to sit in different ways and check how you can get moving from any angle to any angle. For example if you have a chair with a back and you want to advance backwards without moving forward, you can check how to move the chair to another position or slide over it and so on. It’s a nice frame to free yourself with since it is three dimentional and also movable.
