Freedom and not rigidity is the tool to deliver your intention: Try to lean forward and to push with your chest against the hand of your partner and see if you can do it and with what cost to your mobility. Than as you keep your alignement move forward with the body as whole and do not fall forward simply advance and see what you can do and if you now have your mobility too as you advance. Relaxed hips are paramount for this and you can learn this freedom by doing the sailor walk walking like a sailor on a ship at sea and letting the upper body relax in this all moving hip and with a partner simply push each other and let the push (upon contact to avoid false appearence to yourself) move you as a whole and how the solution just comes from you.
