Place one palm loosly over the fist of the other and start t oexplore the possible movements that derive to the elbow and back without throwing the open hand off the fist. Move with intenion and in all possible vectors you can think of. Do this for 60 breath cycles and than for the other hand. It helps to develop the “heavy hands” so you can hit without bouncing off the person you are hitting. If you feel you are bouncing off instead of going deep than you are still tensed up (As I and everyone is to some extent) so focus on that for a few minutes with a WILLING partner Innocent
