A good drill for the legs and your freedom in the torso: Stand with feet together and slide one foot forward as you lower the body with the other and than rise with an upright body to the forward leg and bring the legs together again. Don’t think of it as a power drill though it will bring you that. Think of it as a relaxation and breath drill and it will bring you more. A sure way to bring more learning to this is to clasp your hands behind your back and se how you relax your posture upright than. Have fun and remember to learn from everything even if your ego gets a little hurt in the way.
