Working with a partner or alone and patient you can learn how tension affects your body and mind together. Tense up one muscle and remember the path to it in your head. Now massage and feel the area and see where you are tensed and where you are free. Go over the body in different poses and using different movements like walking, sitting and so on so you know how alignment works with the body and also in different breath stages. Have a partner hold his breath and feel the tension in the throat and shoulders, Have his exhale and check if his abdomen is tensed and so on. Later on Hit a place like the solar plexus or the inner thigh and have a hand on another area. Sense and see how the tension moves and where it is denser and so on. You are not limited to hitting. A pull, a twist and so on are also ready tools for anyone to know themselves.
