Take note of the sequence that you perform when you do the slow push up, leg raise, sit up and squat. This sequence as shown on the Breathing DVD is set to prepare the body for what comes next so no tension builds in the body and we do no harm. The logic is that we first become aware of the torso movements and free it up and later on in the squat you manifest this freedom. The same should go for a regular lesson. First you prepare and than manifest. From time to time we change but for your health you should relax and move logically and naturally.
