Giving and following orders: Try this way of training as a change of pace and a way to learn more about yourself: With a partner you instruct each other on what to do to each other, for example hit me in the solar plexus with and upwards aim hard and than adjust honestly not so hard … Maybe ask your partner to roll you around the hall with his feet alone as you lie on the ground and tell him where you feel pain and where the body just follows. Have a partner lead you with light pressure as you close your eyes and tell him to change direction and hight according to your tension level. Ask and you shal receive.
