I worked with the whip today and here are two simple drills for you: Place the metal handle in the socket of your clavicle (shoulder bone that looks like a violin frame) and push down and find a way to free yourself from it. Another drill is to very lightly tap yourself on the ears with the whip to learn to live through this shock and not tear at the eyes. The purpose is not to damage yourself but to relax and use the doors that are already open in your soul.
