A drill to start working in groups or crowds: Walk towards each other and bump of each other without a set course like regular people walking about. As you feel the body coming through tense up and relax and allow the movement to go as you keep either your sight on a set or moving target or stay close to the people who bumped you to continue the work. Have a go at this and check what you can do with the body alone without tangling your limbs into play. Remember to breath all the time.
