With a partner walk toward each other and have one grab the other. As you are grabbed tense up the form of the tensed limb or body part and without letting it have an effect of those parts move the rest of your body out of the way and than choose what is best for your survival. For example you can relax the tensed up parts and let the partner fly into another attacker. Lower yourself if the partenr is pushing down and exelarating so he leaves you on his own accord, Hit him with a free limb of whatever suits the moment. Move without haste and you can learn from this.
