We do our work and from time to time do things that leave a mark on us. Many times the mark is inside and the stress or imbalance finds it’s way to the surface in the form of a stiff neck, tensed and raised shoulders and a stiff torso and back. the calves also manifest that alot especially if you are in the infantry. The first stage to clean yourself from the tension is to ease your breath. Breath in and out and leave enough space for both pauses in between so you are not hurried. Try to feel the pulse and align it with the breath so the feeling of the whole process of breathing and moving in the body comes to the surface. Tense up your body parts with the breath and feel the pulse in them. this means the blood is cleaning the tension away as it moves your breath through it. Tense up and relax in waves starting from the feet or the head and from side to side. You can do this on the floor or as you are driving and it helps as well as facilitaes the flow. move slowly as you breath leads you and work on yourself hard on soft and soft on hard. massage your body and enjoy the feeling. Press for example your fists to the long muscles at the sides of the spine and and move your torso letting the shoulders and torso become aware of the tension and relax. In my opinion the best way to relax is to roll on the hard ground for a long time without stop and after that you will be clean.
