To introduce kids and big kids to the long rolls you can use variations of the airplane. One person lies on his back with his legs up. The others walk toward his legs and lean their stomachs on his feet and let go. The person on the ground keeps the direnction and lifts them in the air and to the loving ground. In the beginning you will probably roll using your arms to guess the distance and collapse them once you are calm about it and after that you can do this without hands or even with your eyes closed. For kids you canstop in the middle for the “I’m flying feeling” It’s nice for adults too.
