One of the best ways to learn to blend with another’s movement is to do it: Start by walking side by side with one leading and the other following. The turns give you a chance to learn economic foot work since one has a bigger arch to cover than the other. You can move in and hold hands or cross elbows or put your arms on each others shoulders. Continue to move and add to this sitting down and getting up and rolling about. To learn to relax the head and shoulders with the movement stand back to back and cross elbows. Roll sideways a few times and have a good laugh about it. Roll forward and solve the problem as you go without putting too much of yourself in the future.

Another way to learn to move naturally is to reverse arms and legs. One stands naturally with his feet on the ground and the other is on his hands and places his feet on the partner shoulder in the front of back. And now move together. Keep the purpose of the drill in your head.
