Walk together side by side and have either one stop on the spot and have the other stop alongside him without twisting or tensing up to relocate the forward energy. This teaches to walk without leaning and can be done in many variations (forward, sideways, backwards, blindfolded and so on). You can start with arms over shoulders or by using rope to attach the legs together and as your awareness grows you can increase the distance for some of the work. Contact and patience are a must throughout the way and the direction the eyes are following is important. If you focus on the arms and legs or on the face of the people you are working with you will lose yourself there and see nothing else. See the whole picture and your sensitivity will grow likewise.
