Have a partner hold your hands or have them tied behind your back and start by sitting down and getting up and rolling around a few times on the ground and than from standing to the ground and back up to ease yourself into the drill and avoid building tension. Now with a partner have them attack you swiftly with kicks, grabs and strikes and also head hits and slaps to the head so you are encouraged to think only on your survival.  Now use what you have (if you have your arms held or eyes covered or legs tied together you can still use them somehow) to survive. Let the breath start the motion and check with yourself if you are fighting the tension in your body or relaxing and using what is needed and nothing else.
