It is best in my opinion to hit popele rather than walls or the floor but there are some drills that can help in that department too and if you are alone you can use that as a change of pace. For example stand about two steps away from a wall and walk up and down the wall using your fists (carefull some walls will tear the skin of your fists so be sensitive to the weight transfer) you can walk on your feet and fists with either belly or back up here and there minding the noise and hit traveling through your body and of course you can fall toward a wall absorbing the movement into your fists and back up without tensing up and making a bang and than move to do the same on the floor falling forward or backwars (from the knees or standing up) and minding the direction of the fists-forearms so the movement goes through the line  the fist-elbow creates and out. Mind your progress and remember this is the body you want to grow old with Innocent
