Take a chair and climb on top of it. Now look around and check what is avaiable to your sight. Note details and pass them over to register new details and avoid categorizing things as this or that. Now climb off the chair and check what is it that you saw before and now don’t. Note if there are things that you can still see now. If there are it is bacasue they were on the line all the time but your mind didn’t register them. Now lie face down and note what you can see that is new. Do the same drill as before and come back again. This is a primer for tracking and walking in nature. Many times there is a lot of information if we just bother to climb a step or two or lie down. For example on the beach take a step and than lie down and note all the details on it. See the pathe the foot creates and through the checking of many steps in all directions and masses you will know by the track where the person is heading how tall he or she is and if they are suddenly heavier than before. This is also relaxing work.
