Take your shoes off and put a sock or anything like that on the floor. Move it around using your heel alone and than using the toes. Pick it up with your toes and place it someewhere else and than repeat the other foot. Now close your eyes and throw the sock away. With your eyes closed, look for the sock with your feet and maintain your breath full. Perhaps you can have other senses come to your aid if the sock was a used one…
