From a standing position have you and a partner try to step over each others feet. You can push grab corner and do anything you want but the goal is to step or stomp on the others foot but without anyone stepping on your feet. For the adults you can add a knife to this which is great to add awareness to your body movement and sight. For the finish have everyone go after the instructor or anyone else who was not gray during the lesson and have a good laugh about it.
