Stand in a clear area and slide one leg down straight forward as you keep the other foot flat on the ground all the way down. Now get up and do this with the other leg. Now do this to the sides and note how your leg finds it’s place on the ground naturally so there is alignment. Now do the same for the back and get up again a few times. Relax and do something else and come back to this drill only now after you slide down sit down and get up again without effort using your alignment and breath to guide you to the logical choice for you. Remember that not all surfaces werre created equal so try on the sand, on the floor in your house and outdoors were the surface is not even. Have fun in the learning process.
