Lie on your back or sit and have people walk at you at a normal pace. “use your legs to redirect them away from you and if you can also so they face another direction (out of sight out of range) and continue till you are comforable with a little more intension. Now have them come at you and go at you. See how you can push and shove the different parts in your reach to remain safe and navigate to a place of more choices like standing up or towards a door or under a staircase… Than have them kick and try to reach and either arrest or just plain hit you and see what way comes out naturally and allow others to give you pointers such as don’t hit shin or shin (in high speed it can break or at least distract) and allow the motion to encompass all and not apply different cut solutions to each one seperately. This requires thought and relaxation so breath.
