Spread your legs to a wide stance and relax the knees. Now sway from side to side and elaborate on the movement and check how you can let the wave pass through you up and down. Now in this position let people hit you from all sides and let these movements to travel through you or store them in your fists (lead them there through the tension wave and keep them there) for future use.

To learn to store the tension: Shake the hand and tense one finger and switch fingers as you go along. Relax the arm completely and keep the finger tensed. Use this for other things in life as well and see how it works for you.
