To relax and heal the legs after a lot of cicking go through these and see what works for you:

Raise your ankle (the axis is the knee alone) to the same side hand as you stand up and exhale as you try to straigten the leg a few times and the same for the other leg.

Standing: Place your hands on the sides of the thighs and push inward as the legs ressist and keep the knees from locking.

Standing: Place the elbows on the insides of the thighs (not on the bones of the knees, it is easy to tear them apart) and push out as the legs ressist with knees unlocked.

Standing: Place your toes on the wall with the heel on the ground and curle the toes sending a wave up the leg and repeat with the breathe a few times.

Do a few slow squats using the puff breath and when the hands are touching the legs hit hte muscles lightly with your fists.

Douce.

Sleep.
