To learn to take hits and place hits properly on the head and neck you always have yourself. Stand sit or walk and start to place and push your fists on your own neck and head and let the head follow the motion without jerking or countering and allow the body to lead and assist. For exampe if your fist pushes on the side of the neck you can step aside and let it roll to the air or on the top of the head you relax your hips and slode away. It is important not to fear contact and to move without haste so you are choosing what to do and not your fear. Continiue to breath no matter how stressful the situation is and join with friends to learn more.
