It is easy to forget the difference between the clothes people usually wear and the training clothers. Check on yourself right now if you have a metal pen in your chest pocket. Do you wear shoes that have sharp points that can be used to assist in your defence of maybe your clothes constrict your movement in some ways on and allow for other paths of movement. Check for example what you can do with your pack of case to defend yourself and it’s content. It isn’t nice to destroy a leather briefcase but it is better than deflacting a knife slash with your bare arm. Check where you keep your wallet so you know where people see you reach for it in the street and know what a grab at your rear right pocket means. Test how you can sit on the floor in your skirt if you wear one (for the ladies) and if you are a guy what happens if you try to move in a long raincoat. Remember to do what is right for the moment and let the rest be. Do not worry about the fist on its way to you. Take care of what is on you now.
