For many speaking and striking are hard to do and espacially to begin with together. If a person is speaking it is harder for him to strike seriosly without stopping the first act and vice verca. To learn to read what is happening better dp the same thing stand or choose another position with each other and do one of the actions (speaking/striking) and try to add the other as well without pausing as the other defends and notices what is happening so he can help his friend better himself.
