With your group, have the students hold their hands behind the back (no lacing of fingers so they can free them without delay if need be) and start to play with these directives and the guides for this learn your movement exercise are to do what you think is right for the moment, not to bump into others if possible, do not use the arms as support or let them touch the ground. Now have them: Walk, stand, sit, lie on the back, roll forward, roll sideways, roll to the right, roll to the left, hop on one foot or the other, lean against the wall facing it or away from it, start to push each other, lie on top of each other and so one. Remember to try any suggestion you give first on yourself to see if they are ready for it. Do no harm to their body and spirit.
