You are familiar with the static push up hold which helps us relax the fist on the ground, to better the aligning muscle awareness in the body and to get to know ourselves in stressful situations. A fun variation of it is to do it in pairs and swap every minute as the other kicks and stomps his partner with care to learn how it affects and where is he tensed or not.
