With a partner or alone start to walk in one way and hold your breath. Keep walking and when you feel you are at your limit change direction and continue for a few more steps. Your partner will walk behind you and attack when he feels you are becoming tense. If he attacks as you turn than you will both know you have learned to read each other and that is good. If he attacks you from behind deal with it without breathing and only allow yourself to breath when you are free. This is not how you will breath in a fight but it is a good way to experience tension and to learn to relax under it. Restore yourself afterwards using the puff breath.
