Stand and let a person come at you using regular walking speed. As he approaches place your limb (arm/leg) on him and let the limb wind in like a spring from the advance and as you feel the limb is full be relaxed and through the touch feel where the door is open (the direction in which there is no or little awareness or tension) and give the movement back without tensing your body. Keep doing this for a while and if you prefer a certain limb be aware of it and free yourself from this habbit. Once you are relaxed in this drill do this as both or more of you are moving and vary the speed without notifiying each other. It is a good drill for your relaxation to be in the way of a running man or men and stand tall or choose to move. It lets you relax in the face of impact and frees you from your ego. If you are scared of contact and we are that to some extent, Tense up before the impact is possible and your awareness to this as well as your general relaxation will grow.
