With a partner stand and let him climb you from the ground till you are clinging on him and not touching the ground and than back again. If you want to add something to it than face down on the way down. Than as he walks you cling on to him by hand foot or anything else and let him try to keep walking without tensing up. Than go to a full cling on as you drape yourself on him and completely off the ground and check how his alignment changes and how he breaths. After you do this standing and walking simply shake each other off or move naturally to unlimber the other off you and see what ways come from you and how they work.
